  • Richardson products are drop shipped from one of their Regional Warehouses in Oregon, Ohio or Texas directly to our customers. We do not stock their product in our warehouse.

 

  • Please do not combine Richardson items with other items on our website.

 

  • Minimum order is 12 pieces of Richardson blank products. Can combine styles to meet minimum.  Samples can be ordered but there is a $5.00 Sample Fee from Richardson.

 

  • Richardson only offers UPS/FedEX shipping. No USPS priority mail is available.  Richardson also charges separate shipping on any split shipments for backorders or multiple warehouses needed to fulfill an order.

 

  • Orders from Hawaii or Alaska must choose UPS 2 day service.

Custom Embroidery:  Minimum order is 12 pieces.  Go to www.richardsonsports.com, Customizer and build your cap with stock logos, letters or upload your own design.  Please save the design and email the file # to us.  You can also email your artwork to us for a quote, see the contact us section.
