RETURN POLICY
We built our reputation on customer satisfaction. If for any reason you would like to return your purchased item/s you have 30 days in which to do so. We apologize if you receive a defective or incorrect item. Please notify us and we will correct the problem. Our goal is to make your buying experience with Sport About a positive one.
Please note the following return policies:
• Item should be returned in original shipping container with packing slip from original order enclosed.
• Item must be in brand new sellable condition with all original hang tags and instructions included.
• Please contact us for a return authorization number. This number must be displayed on the outside of all returned packages. Packages not displaying a return authorization number will not be accepted.
• Defective merchandise: in cases where the item is defective, you may be requested to return the item directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. In other cases, you will be instructed to return the item directly to Sport About for replacement or credit.
• Incorrect shipments: in cases where merchandise was incorrectly shipped to you. Please contact us for a return authorization number and Sport About will ship the corrected order immediately upon receipt of the incorrect order. We will also issue a shipping credit for the return of the merchandise.
• To ensure that your package is returned to us safely, you should return by UPS or an insured United States Postal Service shipping method that has some way of tracking the package.
• Please keep your tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your returned item.
• You may exchange your returned item for another product, but please note that additional shipping charges may be incurred.
• Sport About will refund your purchase in the same payment method used for the original purchase, less any costs related to the return.
• Refunds will generally take up to 30 days once we receive the item.
• Restocking Fees: in cases where merchandise has been drop shipped from a manufacturer and is not defective but needs to be returned, a restocking fee may be charged. Typical restocking fees are 15% of purchase price.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
• Bats that have had their shrink wrap removed are not returnable.
• Bats that are defective must be returned directly to the manufacturer under their bat warranty requirements. Please notify us for assistance (if necessary) in making your defective bat return.
• Customized items that have been altered in any way such as uniforms, embroidered items or other personalized items cannot be returned unless the garment was defective or the personalization was incorrect due to an error by Sport About.
